I would need a pool noodle for my radian

So we've got ds in the Radian right now, and I've got it as reclined as I can get it without using a pool noodle - my vehicle seats slope quite a bit, making it easy to get quite an upright installation, and I have to use the tether to recline it. I had to install it 3 times trying to get it more reclined prior to tightening the tether, and it's just reclined enough for him now. (I can't physically tighten the tether any further.)

If I was installing it for a newborn, I would actually need to use a pool noodle - shocking, huh? (And yes, I have the rf'ing boot on.)

Not so shocking to me. ;) It installs at a perfect 30 degree angle in my van with tightening up the the tether just a touch. I would also need a pool noodle to get the proper recline for a newborn... but then my front seat would be pretty much unuseable. :p :D

It is amazing how different vehicles can be. Some people, with the boot, have a 45* angle while others, with the boot, can't even get a 30* angle. It is amazing!
