I've been talking about taking the certification course for 3 years... now is the year I am going to do it! Anyone know who runs the courses in Howard, Carroll, or Frederick counties? At present there aren't any courses being offered in these areas, but I remember seeing some in the past.

I know in Carroll County you would contact Maggie (I forget her last name) at the Health Dept in Westminster. You can also contact Kids In Safety Seats in Baltimore.
Eta: Maggie Rauser is her name.
I know in Sept there is generally a controlled course in Sykesville. Did you check for controlled courses too? For those you just need to contact the instructor for permission, that's what I did
