I just weighed dd with boots and coat on and she tipped the scale at a whopping 33#, lol. I probably have some time before I have to worry about taking off the safe stop but what do I do if she decides to hover at +\- 40#? I won't be weighing her before each ride and putting the silly thing on and off as her weight fluctuates. Would you just take it off at 40# and leave it be unless there is an obvious weight loss? That is kind of what I'm leaning towards. Dd will be 5 in 2 1/2 months so obviously she is a slow gainer.
I can only find that because somebody made a comment about needing a Radian Safe Stop flow chart and I found it humorous... I find that thread now by searching Safe Stop flow chart
