Recaro base height?

Sorry if this has been mentioned before, but was is the base height of the Recaro? We have a Marathon and we don't like how high it sits. Ds now likes to get in his seat on his own and can't with that seat. Also, when I put him in, I tend to bump his head.

Does anyone have side by side pics?

My daughter didn't have any problems climbing up into the Recaro, but maybe a Radian would work better for you?

It seems that the base is maybe about the same height as the MA. I wondered this myself and haven't gotten a measurement on how high it is from floor (or vehicle seat) to the seat itself. But to me, it looks to be about the same.

We have a Radian now and ds can climb in and out of it fine. With the Marathon in my VW, it is too high for him to get in. I am thinking we will get another Radian. I love the seat as long as I do not have to move it or wash the cover.
