Bugaboo Recalls Bugaboo Cameleon and Bugaboo Donkey Model Strollers Due to Fall and Choking Hazards. Sold at: Buy Buy Baby, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Toys R Us and other baby product stores nationwide, online at Bugaboo.com and other online retailers. The Bugaboo Cameleon was sold between September 2009 and June 2012 for about $980. The Bugaboo Donkey was sold from January 2011 through December 2012 for between $1,200 and $1,600.

Humphrey’s Market, Inc., a Springfield, Ill. establishment, is recalling approximately 2,764 pounds of frozen, ready-to-eat (RTE) and raw poultry products because they were produced without the benefit of inspection. The repackaged products were sent to a distributor for direct home delivery in Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska.

Glenn’s Market and Catering, a Watertown, WI establishment, is recalling approximately 2,532 pounds of raw ground beef products that may be contaminated with E. coli O157:H7. The products subject to recall were sold only at Glenn’s Market and Catering in Watertown, WI from the retail meat case between Dec. 22, 2012 and Jan. 4, 2013.

Homestead Creamery of Jamesport, Mo. is voluntarily withdrawing a batch of its Flory's Favorite cheese from the marketplace.Preliminary test results received from the Missouri State Health Laboratory indicate the cheese may be contaminated with Shiga-Toxin producing E.coli. The withdrawn cheese was sold at Homestead Creamery facility in Jamesport, Mo. and may have been sold by the following retailers: HyVee in Liberty, Mo., HyVee in Trenton, Mo., Benedict Builders' Farm in Knob Noster, Mo., Milton Creamery in Milton, Iowa.

Advance Pharmaceutical Inc. today announced that it is conducting a voluntary nationwide recall of one lot of Ferrous Sulfate Tablets, 325 mg, Lot 12G468 Exp. 07/14, UPC Barcode 0 0536-5890-01 3. The lot was manufactured and packaged in 100 count bottles by Advance Pharmaceutical Inc. under the label of Rugby NATURAL IRON SUPPLEMENT Ferrous Sulfate. Advance Pharmaceutical Inc. initiated the recall on December 28, 2012 because they received a pharmacist complaint that a bottle of Ferrous Sulfate Tablets, 325 mg 07-2014, contained Meclizine HCl 25 mg tablets, NDC 0536-3990-01.

Milo’s Kitchen® today announced that it is voluntarily recalling its Chicken Jerky and Chicken Grillers home-style dog treats from retailer shelves nationally. On Monday, New York State’s Department of Agriculture informed the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Company that trace amounts of residual antibiotics had been found in several lots of Milo’s Kitchen® Chicken Jerky.
