News Evenflo SureRide- its on evenflo.com now

I don't know if this has been posted yet but I just noticed that the SureRide is on evenflo.com finally (and it wasn't there yesterday). Also it looks as if they made changes, I thought originally it was going to have a RF height limit of 37in and it just says 1in above the head, which is awesome!:thumbsup:

For Use Rear-Facing Child Must Meet All These Requirements
•Weight: 5 – 40 lbs. (2,3 – 18,0 kg)
•Height: At least 17" (43 cm)
•Top of child’s head is at least 1 inch (25 mm) below the top of the child restraint seat back.

For Use Forward-Facing Child Must Meet All These Requirements
•Weight: 22 - 65 lbs. (10,0 – 29,4 kg)
•Height: Less than 54" (137 cm)
•Age: At least one year of age

I'd double check the manual before making that call. As far as I can tell it still only allows the bottom 3 slots rf. And the top 3 ff.

This is correct. It is stamped in the plastic on the back of the seat.

I thought I wanted this seat since it would fit pretty much any child I ever transport, but the harness is not long enough. I tried my very skinny 8 year old in it yesterday at Target and although she still had about an inch to the top slots I could not buckle the harness. It was much too short. She is no longer in a harnessed seat on a regular basis but I wanted to get a feel for the seat and whether it would really work for me. Hopefully in the future they will make the harness longer!
