broken foam in Coccoro

Avery threw up in the Coccoro, so I took the cover off to clean it. I found that the Styrofoam was broken in 3 pieces on one side of the seat.

If you look on the left of this picture, you will see where the styrofoam is broken off.

Is this safe to use or should a call Combi? Will they replace the foam?

I think it's safe to use. The EPS foam on my first CCO broke right there. It was a few years ago, but Combi didn't stock that piece as a replacement part. They replaced my whole seat, but it was right after the CCO came out. It's worth at least calling them.

I would use it in the meantime, but call for a replacement. I've heard of people here getting a replacement. Mine cracked and I taped, but it wasn't that bad, or I would have called!

Mine cracked too. They sent a replacement and told me to discontinue use.
