Need britax customer service help

So I spent my one day off yesterday going back and forth with britax on the phone all day. My problem is one of my marathons is not locking the base properly when rearfacing. He can actually rock the whole seat back and forth when it is installed and tethered. So when I talked to britax they told me it was supposed to do that, to which I asked then why doesn't any of my other britax seats do that? She actually had the nerve to tell me that it was just because they were different seats manufactured at different times:thumbsdown: So what do I tell them to get them to fix my seat?

Next time you call Britax, ask to speak with Susan. She's an angel!

I had that same problem with a Decathlon, it wouldn't lock in either position, it was sort of stuck between the two positions. Britax sent me a new one & I returned the old one. I agree about asking for Susan, she was wonderful.

ITA call Susan!! I talked to Dawn ?? about my issue first and she was so rude and acted like she had no idea what I was talking about. The next time I was lucky to get Susan and she helped me right away. Good luck!!
