Infant seat for 3 across

Need a rec for a friend, please.

DD RFs in a MA70. DS FFs in a Frontier 85, but can use his Maestro if needed. Baby #3 is on the way and she needs a new infant seat for a 3 across.

I was thinking the thinnest would be Keyfit, Comfy Carry Elite, Flex-Loc, Shuttle 33, or Aton. I haven't been around for awhile, so if there's anything else that might work, please let me know!

What vehicle does she drive?

I got a keyfit in a 3 across with a ffing True Fit and High Back TurboBooster in my parent's camry.

My friends got a snugride 22 in a 3 across in their Ford Fusion platform with 2 ffing Classic Marathons.

I * think* she has a Ford Escape. Let me double check though.

My via35 worked great for various 3 acrosses in my Protege5 (including with a radian, scenera, turbo booster and literider). The base is fairly narrow. Not sure how it puzzles for others in different vehicles though.
