I'm thinking of ordering a booster from there and wondered if anyone had any positive or negative experiences with them.

Yes, I ordered an Maclaren organizer/cup holder for my Mac Quest a few months ago because they had the best price and free shipping. I received the merchandise quickly.

However, I got an email with a UPS tracking number, and after a day of saying "billing info received" the status changed to "delivery canceled by shipper." So, I called to find out what happened, and they told me they shipped it USPS Priority mail instead of UPS.

Not really a big deal and the organizer arrived the day after I called, but an email alerting me of the change in shipping would have been nice!
