Would you feel comfortable using this as a booster?

I saw this on amazon while high chair shopping and was quite alarmed when I saw the manufacturer recommending using this table booster as a booster in your vehicle. I would not use it in the car, what are your thoughts? I sent in feedback. I believe the manufacturer is an overseas company, so the seller may have copied the info from their website without actually checking to see if it's certified for US vehicle use (which it obviously is not.)
