Foonf + 2004 Ford Expedition

Showing RFing only.

The install was pretty easy. I read the manual, of course. ;)

First, I have it all the way up. But, after trying a 43.75" 39 lb almost 5 yr old in it, and truly don't think the top slot will be used RFing. See this thread for more on that.

So here is one slot down.

So, how to you get a larger RFing child in a tall vehicle with a tall car seat? Fold the baby, of course!

That is why I put in the other thread, so you can see that I really don't think the top slot will be used.

how close it is to the roof is what gets me personally! gah. you rock doing this

ETA: so obviously the foonf doesn't have a rule where the whole base must be on the seat? I wonder if the rebound bar will make it so that seats that are more narrow front to back can't fit it? I know you have to use the bar RFing

Is that a slit in the cover? I was thinking I wanted one for ds3, he's getting cast for scoliosis and I was thinking it might be easier to put him in the foonf than down in his blvd70. I dislike the radian so I had hopes for the foonf.
