Size4Me?

What's the verdict on the Size4Me? Is it a decent seat? We flipped DD on Monday and by Thursday she was begging to go back rfing. She only has 1/2" in her MyRide, which was originally purchased for use in a larger vehicle. Our long distance vehicle is a 2012 Nissan Versa, so we have lots of front to back space but not a lot of side to side space. Any one know if it will puzzle with her brother's CCO? The MyRide does, but it's a struggle. I don't mind buying a seat that will give her more time if it also is narrower, since I have her brother to pass it down to when he outgrows the CCO. I'll have a chance to test out seats in the car in a few weeks (it's DH's commuting car too, so I don't have as many opportunities). If not the S4M, should I consider something else?

The S4me is more square and doesn't flare out as much as the MyRide. I had it next to a CCO in my CRV but there is a bigger gap between the driver and middle seat than in most vehicles. But I think it would still work better than the my ride and it would give you a lot more height rear facing.

For a older/larger kid I wouldn't get a s4m. We are currently using a s4m and a RN and I prefer the RN for DS, who is 3. He fits in the s4m, but it is a pain to buckle him in. There is no place for him to put his legs so it is super annoying. In the radian he can put them over the side while I buckle so they aren't in the way. I'll probably sell our two s4m when I turn DS and keep the RN for DD.

I liked it but DS2 hated it. He was bothered by how the headrest pushed his head forward. It doesn't seem to be an issue for others yet... But he screamed like crazy in it.

We like ours better than our My Ride. We have tall skinny kids and it fits them well. My only issue has been the straps becoming uneven, but it just takes a few seconds to adjust them. Leg room does kinda stink compared to a Radian, but overall I like it more, and our toddler has never complained about it. Graco customer service is great too.

I love it.. it's actually my fav seat.. leg room is kinda harder than the radian or other comparable seat but I haven't had complains from anyone.. see my avatar? that's a 5 year old. Only complain I have is the tightening since it can tighten up unevenly but I don't really adjust unless I have a different child in there.

Thanks for this post. I've been following this seat bc from what I've heard it is now the tallest on the market bc of the foonf's stated limits...

We still really like ours!

DS2 is 2yrs 2months, 36 inches, 28lbs, and wears 2T shirts/pants to give you an idea of size; and he fits nicely. I'm sure he has less legroom than a Radian, but he has never complained and his legs seem to fit just fine. He's very verbal, so I am sure he would let us know if he were uncomfortable.

I really like the deep sides, and on trips he sleeps great in it as well.

The Graco buckle kinda stinks, but that's not specific to this seat only.

I had one for a short time. Crazy tall, easy to install with LATCH no issues with the buckle, but not much RF leg room at all. DD was 3.6 years when we used it, and her legs were very scrunched. We are using a Radian thru winter and then turning her.
