Public bus - 4 hours from airport

We are considering a trip so I called the bus company and they do not have any seat belts on their bus.

Child is 5 years old and 41 lbs.

Unless the bus happens to have tether anchors (highly unlikely) there are no harness options.

Any suggestions? I did a search of the forums for the word bus because I've seen this topic come up before but the search found no threads.

I am checking Limo service to see if there is something reasonably priced.

I'd be okay just riding on the bus without any seatbelts/carseats.
they taight us in tech class why buses are safer, and I would be okay with the risk.

I don't know that you have any other options in regards to the bus, if it has no belts or tethers...then it doesn't. A cab or limo might be another choice, IF you have the money for it. If you are really going 4 hours from the airport, perhaps just renting a car?
