Here is my MA when it was rfing and tethered. I attempted to attach the file but haven't done it before so sorry if it didn't work. It is a 2002 Chevy Venture, tethered to the passenger side seat belt stalk - where the seat belt is bolted to the floor. I couldn't find anywhere else to tether it!
