Dream On Me Recalls Bath Seats Due to Drowning Hazard. Sold at: Small retail stores and online retailers including Amazon.com and Wayfair.com from July 2012 through September 2012 for between $25 and $40.

Dream On Me Recalls Children's Bed Rails Due to Suffocation and Strangulation Hazards. Sold at: Small independent stores and online at amazon.com and wayfair.com from September 2011 through May 2012 for between $15 and $30.

In an effort to prevent children from suffering further harm, U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) staff filed an administrative complaint today against Baby Matters, LLC, of Berwyn, Pa., the manufacturer of Nap Nanny® and Nap Nanny Chill™ infant recliners. The Nap Nanny is a portable infant recliner designed for sleeping, resting and playing. The recliner includes a shaped foam base with an inclined indentation for the baby to sit and a fitted fabric cover with a three point harness. Five thousand Nap Nanny Generation One and 50,000 Generation Two models were sold between 2009 and early 2012 and have been discontinued. One hundred thousand Chill models have been sold since January 2011. All were priced around $130.

Jotul and Scan Gas Fireplace Inserts Recalled by Jotul North America Due to Electrical Shock and Burn Hazards. Sold at: Independent specialty fireplace and stove stores nationwide and in Canada from June 2010 through September 2012 for about $2,200.

Cybex International Recalls Leg Press Due to Risk of Injury. Sold at: Authorized Cybex dealers and distributors nationwide from July 2009 to September 2012 for about $4,035.

Ridgid Pneumatic Nailers Recalled by One World Technologies Due to Laceration or Injury Hazard. Sold at: Home Depot stores nationwide and online at homedepot.com between January 2012 and September 2012 for about $230.

Aliya's Foods Limited, is recalling 4,865 pounds of "Trader Joe's Butter Chicken with Basmati Rice” frozen butter chicken and rice products imported from Canada that may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. These products have been distributed to Trader Joe's retail stores.

Cantina Foods, a Buffalo, N.Y. establishment, is recalling approximately 2,375 pounds of ready-to-eat beef and cheese pie products because they were produced without the benefit of federal inspection. The products were produced and sold from Oct. 3, 2012 through Nov. 20, 2012 and distributed to retail establishments in the Buffalo, N.Y. region. Suzanna's Kitchen, a Duluth, Ga. establishment, is recalling approximately 35,800 pounds of breaded chicken products because they may contain pieces of plastic. These products were distributed to retail stores nationwide.

VEGGIE PATCH® is voluntarily recalling two products --The Ultimate Meatless Burger and Falafel-- due to a risk of contamination with Listeria monocytogenes. The Ultimate Meatless Burger potentially affected was available for sale as of November 21, 2012, in the following states; NY, CT, PA, FL, IL, MD, IN, WI, VA, NJ and DE. Falafel potentially affected, was available for sale as of November 21, 2012, nationwide.

LifeVantage Corporation (NASDAQ: LFVN) announced today that it is contacting affected independent distributors and other customers to voluntarily recall and replace bottles of its Protandim®, the Nrf2 Synergizer®, dietary supplement. The Company is taking this action due to the possible inclusion of small metal fragments in the final product. The lots were distributed in the United States and Japan between July and November 2012.

Qualitest, a subsidiary of Endo Health Solutions, (Nasdaq: ENDP) today issued a voluntary nationwide recall for 101 lots of Hydrocodone Bitartrate and Acetaminophen Tablets, USP 10 mg/500 mg. It is possible that a number of tablets from the affected lots may exceed the weight requirement and could exceed the label claim potency requirements for the ingredients of hydrocodone bitartrate and acetaminophen. The affected lots, were distributed between Feb. 20, 2012 and Nov. 19, 2012 to wholesale distributors and retail pharmacies nationwide.

Bunnell Incorporated will voluntarily initiate a nationwide recall notification of Life Pulse High-Frequency Ventilator Patient Circuits. The product has been found to have heater wire insulation that can melt, causing sparking and smoke close to the humidifier cartridge.
