    NBD return policy

    So I just bought the Prosport on NBD and I'm sure I will like it, but just wanted more details on their return policy. It says 100% back 30 days. So do they include a shipping label or do you have to pay to ship it back? Just wanted to clarify in case it's needed. TIA.

    If there's a problem with the seat, they'll send you a label. If you just don't want it, you have to pay return shipping, and a restocking fee.

    What would be considered a problem with an open box item? I believe tags are still attached.

    I'd imagine just damage in some way that would make it unusable. I think you'll like it though, if you don't someone in the FB group might buy it from you

    I just wanted to tell you that I just bought a seat off NBD and it came looking brand new with all tags attached. No problems even though it was an open and revealed box.
