Blood stains on straps

I did a search, and the only two threads I found were from 2009, so I thought I'd post a new one.

Some time ago, DD had a bloody nose in the car, dripping all over everything. All I used was a bit of mild soap and water to clean the straps, and they're clean now, but stained. Are stains okay?

And if I need to end up replacing the straps, how would I do that? It's a SK Radian XTSL.

I take the peroxide comment back... I read the manual for your seat and it says to use mild soap and water. Not to use any solvents. In this case, I would think peroxide would be considered a solvent.

If the stains are really bothersome to you, I would order new ones.
