I just purchased the frontier 85 for my son and was wondering if anyone has issues with heads flopping over while children are sleeping?

It's hit or miss. One time Zain had horrible head slump and another time he was just fine in it.

I think slump can happen in any seat... but theoretically, it's possible to not slump in the Frontier. It leans back, it's smooth. Compared to the Nautilus it has much better sleepability, so long as it is reclined in harness mode.

J has head slump in the Frontier and Argos. If I push his head back up in the Frontier it stays up again for a while but that doesn't help in the Argos.

It depends entirely on what vehicle it is installed in and how upright the install is. In my Traverse, at least in the 2nd row which reclines, we get no head slump. When it was in our Sub, we got head slump.

:yeahthatlove: In the position i have my FF child the Nauti is actually better in terms of slump vs the Frontier.... go figure.

We have had absolutely no head slump in the Frontier, but had tons of head slump in our Boulevard when DS1 was in that.

We've had no issues with it, but then again DS has fallen asleep in the car like twice in his life. Still, he says he's very comfortable.

Mine slumps sometimes but not nearly as bad as in the maestro or FF Radian. She rarely sleeps in the car.
