Radian hurting 2 year old

My son has been complaining that his back hurts while in the radian. Is there anything I can do to stop it from hurting him?

If it helps, my son was complaining about back pain in the radian as well, however we tried a few different seats and it wasn't the car seat at all. he seems to be ok with the radian more upright, as he's not leaning on his back and most of his weight is in his bum. car seats like the myride that push him onto his back more he was even more unhappy in. it could be a growth spurt causing back pain, I would ride it out for a few weeks
