They're discontinued. Have been for a year. They are going for $50 on eBay.

I only paid $15 for them at Buy Buy Baby a little over a year ago, and BF didnt work out (for the 3rd time) They literally were used maybe 3 times...I was thinking $10 and whatever shipping would be?

I also have tons of other new or used just a few times parts for a Medela pump if your interested.

Did you check Amazon? I found these and they are in stock.

We have them at our BRU in Canada..I just bought a pack last week!! Strange they are gone in the US ....I might be heading back down to our BRU in a week or so I can grab a pack if I do? It was $16.99 CAD ...shipping I can't imagine would be much?

No they're flanges for the pump. they're more comfortable than the hard plastic.
