Yes. The one issue is that forward-facing it is incompatible with a seatbelt install on the passenger's side. I haven't tried it rear-facing.

What Christina said. I've had it forward facing with seatbelt center and driver side, forward facing with LATCH passenger side. I've had it rear facing in all 3 spots.

I can get my radian installed FF with the seatbelt on the passenger side in my 3rd row.

What year? I can't get it installed FF in the center of my 2011 (new body style). It gets stuck on the plastic edge where the seat splits for folding away and won't tighten enough. I can install it on either side, but then there are no top tethers. I've never tried RF back there, only in the captain's chair.

I have a 2004, I know I've had it FF outboard driver's side, don't recall passenger side. I had it in the middle for a while, it wasn't as easy install. I had to recline the seat and use a locking clip. Using the seat belt wouldn't work, the retractor was as tight as it would go and it wasn't enough.

What year Sienna? It installs (FF) acceptably with seatbelt passenger side 3rd row of my 2011, though there's no TTA. Never tried center or driver side seatbelt, off-center LATCH, or RF (but I could, if you needed me to).

06'want a center install rear facing third row

That's easy enough, then, You'll have to twist the buckle stalk as much as you can and do the seat recline trick.

The buckle has to be twisted to install a radian in the third row of the sienna. The passenger's side has a stiff stalk that cannot be twisted. It may seem tight side to side, but will move front to back.
