Call CS back and speak to someone different. And make sure you make it clear that you are a CPS Tech and you need them for your fitting station.

If they continue to insist that they are only available for $1 each then get a name and send me a PM - I will forward to my contacts at Graco.

Every time I've called I've been told $0.50/screw plus shipping, and me being a CPST and wanting them for check events didn't change the answer (except the time they then told me that they wouldn't sell me any AT ALL if that's what I wanted them for, because the parents needed to call themselves.)

I had a similar experience when I called for screws over the summer. But last week I was told that they shouldn't be charging techs who call and identify themselves as such - explaining that they need them for their SK coalition or fitting station. So if any certified techs get this response from Graco CS - get a name of the person you spoke with and send me a PM. I will pass along the info to my Graco contact.

I called and they told me just to order them online which is what I have been doing, I will just call and talk to someone, that is where the charge was, they have always been free online and now are not.

Any chance this applies to Canadian techs as well? They won't send me any anymore and I'm down to my last set.
