Hi all, Thanks so much in advance for your help. We just purchased the Peg convertible for our 10 month old. I like the seat for so many reasons and it installs so easily with LATCH outboard but I cannot for the life of me get it to install in the center with the seat belt. I have read that this has been a problem for others and I wondered if anyone had any tips?
I used the lock off function on the seatbelt and fed the belt through the belt path. The problem may be that the belt path on the car for the center seatbelt is really wide(?) and I can't pull the belt tight enough because of that. Also, the female clicker part of the seatbelt is really long and doesn't seem to twist shorter like in some cars.
Some people have had no trouble, any guidance would be super appreciated- especially because the seat is not returnable so we have to make it work. Thanks!!!
