Imagine Nation Books Recalls Double Dazzler Light Show Toys Due to Burn Hazard. Sold by: Imagine Nation Book dealers nationwide at corporate offices, hospitals and schools from March 2012 to September 2012 for about $9.

Excel Industries Recalls Hustler and BigDog Lawn Mowers Due to Fire Hazard. Sold at: Hustler and BigDog dealers nationwide from September 2010 to May 2012 for between $2,900 and $21,000.

Bose Recalls Dual-Voltage CineMate II Home Theater Speaker Systems Due to Fire Hazard. Sold at: U.S. Military Exchanges and select U.S. retailers from September 2009 through September 2012 for between $600 and $800.

Portable Generators Recalled by Champion Power Equipment Due to Fire Hazard. Sold exclusively at: Costco Wholesale stores nationwide from December 2011 through July 2012 for about $699.

Food Source, L.P., a McKinney, Texas, establishment, is recalling approximately 11,400 pounds of frozen chicken enchilada products (Bremer Party Size White Meat Chicken Enchiladas) that may contain foreign materials, fragments of plastic. The products were packaged on Aug. 31, 2012 and shipped to retail stores in New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

Wayne Farms Inc., a Decatur, Ala. establishment, is recalling approximately 28,528 pounds of frozen, fully cooked, chicken products (Wayne Farms, FULLY COOKED GRILL MARKED WHITE MEAT CHICKEN STRIPS) because they may contain foreign materials. The products were distributed to a facility in Kentucky for further processing into potential retail products.

Bolthouse Farms is voluntarily recalling a limited quantity of Bolthouse Farms Carrot Chips, Safeway Farms Carrot Chips, or Farm Stand Carrot Chips due to the possibility of Salmonella. Approximately 5,600 cases of the 16-ounce bags shipped to retail customers in the United States and Canada are being recalled. Safeway Farms Carrot Chips are sold in Safeway stores in Ketchikan, Alaska; Arizona; California; Hawaii; Idaho; Montana; Nevada; New Mexico; Oregon; and Washington State, as well as Carrs stores in Juneau, Alaska; Pak ‘N Save stores in California; Randalls stores in Texas and Tom Thumb stores in Texas.

Wegmans Food Markets, Inc. is recalling approximately 31,000 lbs. of Wegmans Organic Spinach and Spring Mix sold in 5 oz. (UPC 77890 16437) and 11 oz. (UPC 77890 16411) clam shell packages in the produce department of its stores in New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Virginia, Maryland, and Massachusetts between October 14 and November 1 due to possible E.coli O157 H:7.

Wegmans Food Markets, Inc. is voluntarily recalling all code dates of Wegmans Pumpkin Roll (sold in the Bakery), sold between September 1 and October 30, 2012, because the product may contain pieces of clear plastic from the packaging, which may be sharp or could present a choking hazard. This product is sold in all of Wegmans 81 stores in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland, and Massachusetts.

BT McElrath Chocolatier, Inc. is initiating a voluntary recall of the seasonal peanut butter pave because they have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. The select products subject to this recall were manufactured between the dates of January 30th, 2012 through June 6th, 2012 and distributed nationwide through retail stores, mail order, and direct sales.

Charlee Bear Products announced today that it is voluntarily recalling certain lots of its Protein Crunch Bar products because they have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. The recalled Charlee Bear Protein Crunch Bars were distributed nationally in September and October 2012.

On September 27, 2012, Premium Nutritional Products, Inc. initiated a voluntary recall of ZuPreem FruitBlend™ With Natural Fruit Flavors maintenance formula bird foods for medium/large birds and for large birds with use by date codes of 11/30/13 or 11/13 and lot numbers 598405052 or 598405072. The recall is being conducted due to the product containing the combination of exceedingly high calcium levels, low phosphorus, and high vitamin D concentration resulting in a significant health risk to the birds. The products were shipped by the company between the dates of 5/21/12 and 8/23/12 for distribution nationwide through pet retailers, veterinary clinics, on line pet supply merchants and to breeders, and zoological parks.

Ameridose today announced it will commence a voluntary recall of any unexpired products remaining in circulation. Products from Ameridose can be identified by markings that indicate Ameridose by name or by its company logo. Zi Xiu Tang Success, LLC Issues Voluntary Nationwide Recall Of Classic Zi Xiu Tang Bee Pollen Capsules And Ultimate Formula Capsules Due To Undeclared Sibutramine. Recalled Products were distributed Nationwide to consumers and distributors. The products were distributed from May 1, 2012 to October 17, 2012.

Hospira, Inc. (NYSE: HSP), announced today it is initiating a voluntary nationwide Class I recall of Symbiq™ infusion systems. This action is due to infusion pump LCD touch screens that may not respond to user selection, resulting in users possibly experiencing a delayed response and/or the screen registering a different value from the value selected by the user.
