First ride FFing

DS took his first ride FFing tonight. He turned three on Monday, and at his doc appt Tuesday he was 40" and 38 pounds (without shoes). I'm no longer comfortable RFing him in his CA65 (his seat in DH's car, which he rarely rides in) so I gave it a try FFing. He liked it, of course.

I was hoping the foonf would be available before I had to flip him. Oh well. On the up side, I really like the CA FFing.

I'm glad the CA was able to at least get him to 3! How much room does he have left in the Radian?

Happy birthday! He's so much bigger than the last time I saw him!!

I think he has 2.5-3" above his head in his radian, so it'll probably last awhile longer. He just gained a few pounds, though, which usually precedes a height growth spurt. I still may get a foonf depending on the tax return.
