Are the belt guides supposed to break?

Was watching this crash test video and it looks to me like the shoulder belt guide broke! Is that supposed to happen? Seems like the belt would of stayed on the shoulder and held the occupant in better if it hadnt broke.

It's a precrash positioner, so the belt was where it should have been before the crash...so it looked fine to me. Might have worked better if the headrest had been up a notch, but actually it looked pretty good, the dummy really didn't roll out of the belt like in a really bad seat (Dorel 3-in-1 or Alpha Omega as a booster, I think I found that crash test on Youtube, too).

Thank you for the replies! Some of the booster crash tests really do look good to me (I am not a tech of course but some just look better than others to me). The ones that look scary to me is when the dummy bends all the way forward, chest to knees. It doesn't seem like that should happen if the belt is positioned correctly on their shoulder.
