Rudi's Organic Bakery, Inc. has initiated a voluntary product withdrawal due to the possible presence of metallic foreign objects in select products or product packaging. Products withdrawn from the market include only Rudi's Organic Bakery Multigrain Oat Bread, Rudi's Organic Bakery Colorado Cracked Wheat Bread, and Rudi's Organic Bakery Cinnamon Raisin Bread.

Main Street Quality Meats, a Salt Lake City, Utah establishment, is recalling approximately 2,310 pounds of ground beef products that may be contaminated with E. coli O157:H7. The products were produced on Oct. 18 and Oct. 19, 2012, and were distributed to restaurants in Utah.

Higa Meat & Pork Market, a Honolulu, HI establishment, is recalling approximately 4,100 pounds of ground beef products that may be contaminated with E. coli O157:H7. The products were produced on Oct. 17, 2012 and were distributed to restaurants in the Oahu, HI area.

Bumble Bar is recalling certain lots of Gluten Free Café™ Chocolate Sesame Bars and Gluten Free Café™ Cinnamon Sesame Bars associated with Sunland Inc. peanut products, because they have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. The recalled products were distributed nationwide from June, 2011 to October, 2012, and exported primarily to retail stores, and through internet orders.

Wildwood Seed & Specialties, Monroe, Oregon, is voluntarily recalling a limited supply of their Sleek and Sassy brand bird and small animal foods that contain raw in-shell peanuts. These products contain peanut ingredients recalled by Sunland Inc. due to their potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. The potentially affected lots of Sleek and Sassy brand pet foods were distributed to retail pet food stores in Oregon and Washington, primarily through pet specialty retailers.

HeartSine Technologies, Ltd. initiated a voluntary global correction of certain Samaritan® 300/300P PAD public access defibrillators to address two separate issues that may affect the ability to deliver therapy to a patient in a sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) event, if needed. Certain Samaritan® 300/300P PAD devices manufactured before December 2010 have been found to intermittently turn on and off, which may eventually deplete the battery.
