Question Longer Radian crotch strap

How much longer is it than the one that comes with the seat? And is the "replacement strap" sold on their site the long one or do I need to call and specifically request the longer strap?

It's a tiny bit bigger, but makes a big difference. I don't know how to find it online. Just call to order one.

I totally agree holding them next to one another I didn't think there was much difference but installed it did make a difference. I would call. They sent mine free within a few days.

I bought one several years ago because I figured I'd need it eventually. My girls never did need it, they quit riding in the radians at 5 1/2 and 6 years, though they still fit. My son is almost 4 and I think he needs it. He's tiny but I feel like the current strap squashes his boy parts. I went to switch to the longer one but now I can't find it! I have a bin of car seat stuff and it should be in there but it's not.
They will send me a free one if I call?

I actually just submitted an online request, I didn't even call. I told them the seat was squishing his boy parts and was there anything I could do about it. They replied back they would send a longer crotch strap if I sent them my seat info. So I don't think it matters how old your seat is, they didn't know before telling me they'd send the new one. They have been great about sending me parts when I request them online. I've never had to pay for them and they always come within a few days. They even replaced my AA because it was the older model and squished down and fell apart within a week.
