Question Arm me with evidence

About an hour ago, I was putting in a friends car seat back in her car since we had taken it out to get under the seat. As I was putting it back in she mentioned that it was time to get her DD a booster seat. Her DD is a just turned four, maybe 30lbs, still fits in a Scenera, little girl. I said not really, but they think that since she is four that its time to booster her. Can anyone help me find any obvious evidence that this little peanut should still be in a five point harness? All the videos I've found are all 3 year olds and I'm afraid they'll just be like "oh well, DD is 4 now so that won't happen." We are great friends and I just want to show them once and then leave it up to them.

You could share with her NHTSA's guideline that children 4 through 7 years old should remain in their harnessed seats until they are outgrown: http://www.safercar.gov/parents/RightSeat.htm
