Trend Lab Recalls Children's Upholstered Chairs Due to Laceration and Choking Hazards. Sold at: Online at trend-lab.com, Amazon.com, BabiesRUs.com, Target.com, Walmart.com and Seussland.com, as well as in Buy Buy Baby and other specialty stores from November 2007 to August 2012 for about $100 to $140.

Children's Apparel Network Recalls Fleece Hoodie and T-Shirt Sets Due to Violation of Lead Paint Standard. Sold exclusively at: Target stores nationwide and Target.com from October 2011 through December 2011 for approximately $18.

Taphandles Recalls Ceramic Beer Tap Handles Due to Laceration Hazard. Sold at: Taphandles sold the recalled ceramic beer tap handles directly to breweries from November 2002 to May 2006 for between $10 and $23.

Lao Chareune Foods, a Dallas, Texas, establishment, is recalling approximately 8,200 pounds of various beef and pork products because they were produced without the benefit of federal inspection and misbranded. FSIS has determined that the products were produced from May 22, 2012 to the present and distributed to retail establishments in Louisiana and Texas.

PureFit Inc., Irvine, CA is voluntarily recalling PureFit Peanut Butter Crunch nutrition bars manufactured on March 1 and July 12 and sold between March 9th and August 31. PureFit Peanut Butter Crunch bars were distributed throughout the United States between March and August of 2012, primarily through health food stores, grocery stores, and online retailers.

Torn and Glasser, Inc of Los Angeles, CA 90021 is voluntarily recalling Salted in-shell product (packaged after November 9, 2011), and one lot of Organic Peanut Butter (packaged January 13, 2012) because it has the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. The recalled product was distributed from November 9, 2011 to October 15, 2012 in CA, AZ, NV, TX, CO, ID, MO, NJ, NM, OK, UT.

Natural Selection Foods is voluntarily recalling Earthbound Farm Baby Spinach Grab & Go Salad Kits with Peanuts. The salad kits were distributed to retail supermarkets and foodservice operators in the following states: California, Connecticut, Florida, Hawaii, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Montana, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, British Columbia (Canada) and Ontario (Canada).

Kasel Associated Industries of Denver, CO is voluntarily recalling its BOOTS & BARKLEY ROASTED AMERICAN PIG EARS AND BOOTS & BARKLEY AMERICAN VARIETY PACK DOG TREATS product because it may be contaminated with Salmonella. The recalled Roasted Pig Ears and Variety Pack Dog Treats were distributed nationwide through Target retail stores in August 2012.

Dole Fresh Vegetables is voluntarily recalling a limited number of cases of Dole American Blend salad in 12 oz. bags, coded A275208A or B, with Use-by date of October 17 and UPC 7143000933, due to a possible health risk from Listeria monocytogenes. The salads were distributed in 10 U.S. states (Illinois, Indiana, Maine, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Wisconsin).

Buck's Ice Cream of Milford, CT, co-pack manufacturer for Iskream, Inc. of , is voluntarily recalling all lot codes of Iskream Brand Peanut Butter and Jelly No Sugar Added Ice Cream, because it has the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. The Iskream brand Peanut Butter and Jelly was distributed to retail customers through several wholesale distributors in the Northeast between March 1, 2012 and October 17, 2012.

Ventlab Corporation initiated a nationwide recall of 14,602 of its manual resuscitators. The manual resuscitators as listed below have been found to potentially deliver little to no air/oxygen through the patient valve to the patient, which could result in life threatening health consequences that include hypoxia and hypoventilation. Recalled manual resuscitators were manufactured and distributed nationwide to distributers that sold and distributed products to hospitals, clinics and EMS units from March 2012 to July 2012.

Energizer Holdings Inc. (NYSE: ENR) (St. Louis, MO), announced today it is initiating a voluntary market withdrawal of the continuous spray Banana Boat sun care products (Ultra Mist / Sport varieties) due to a potential risk of product igniting on the skin if contact is made with a source of ignition before the product is completely dry. These over-the-counter products were distributed nationwide to wholesalers and retailers from January of 2010 through September 30, 2012.
