Question Suggestion for 2011 Mustang

I have a 2011 mustang which has a super tiny backseat! We are expecting our daughter to arrive in February, so I'm trying to figure out which seat will work best. I like the idea of starting off in a convertible seat. The backseats in my car are super narrow(no seatbelt in middle). My problem is that I would like to have some use of the front passenger seat without it having to be pushed completely forward. I would like to keep DD rear facing as long as possible. I had a friend suggest The First Years True Fit c670 as it has the removable headrest, but I haven't been to a store to try it yet(and it's the only suggestion I've gotten!). Budget isn't really an issue.

Any suggestions or experiences are greatly appreciated!

On a different site I helped with a mom with a 2010 Mustang today. She was able to get a Cosco Apt back there. More upright allowed her to move the front seat back, but I think the front seat at least was usable with it more reclined at the newborn angle.
