Graco Recalls Classic Wood Highchairs Due to Fall Hazard. Sold at: Babies R Us, Burlington Coat Factory and other retail stores nationwide and at Target.com and Walmart.com and other online retailers between September 2007 and December 2010 for about $130.

Certain Evenflo Big Kid Factory Select booster seats, Model Nos. 30911173AD, 3091967AD, 30911118AD, and 30911120D, shipped between August 6, 2012, and September 18, 2012, fail to conform to the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 213, "Child Restraint Systems." The subject seats were originally manufactured solely for purposes of retail display and not to be sold at retail. Therefore, the seats were packaged without the instruction manual or the required registration card.

Sharper Image USB Wall Chargers Recalled by Atomi Due to Fire and Burn Hazards. Sold at: Burlington Coat Factory, Tuesday Morning and TJ Maxx stores and on various websites from October 2011 through September 2012 for between $8 and $13.

Yokohama Tire Corporation (Yokohama) is recalling certain AVID Touring S tires, size 215/65R16 98T SL, produced between February 2009 and April 2009. The tires may have been produced with an irregular geometry in the casing turn up area above the tire bead in the lower sidewall. This irregular geometry may lead to a lower sidewall crack resulting in a rapid loss of tire inflation.

In response to an expansion of Sunland, Inc.’s voluntary recall of products manufactured in its Peanut Butter Plant after March 1, 2010 due to possible Salmonella contamination, Harry and David, LLC of Medford, Oregon is taking the precautionary measure of expanding its September 27, 2012 voluntary recall of peanut butters, peanut spreads and related products. Specifically, the affected products in Harry and David’s expanded recall are its 12 oz. jars of Harry & David® Crunchy Almond and Peanut Butter, Harry & David® Creamy Banana Peanut Spread, Harry & David® Creamy Caramel Peanut Spread and Harry & David® Creamy Raspberry Peanut Spread with “Best By” dates of 01MARCH11 through 24SEPT13, as well as the following multi-component food items which included the above-named peanut butter products as components: Harry & David® Apple Snack Box, Wolferman’s® Bee Sweet Gift Basket, Wolferman’s® Hearty Snack Gift Basket, Wolferman’s® All-Day Assortment Gift Basket, Wolferman’s® Father’s Day Basket

Smith Dairy Products Company announced a voluntary recall on SMITH’S Peanut Butter Crunch ice cream, Acme Peanut Butter Twist ice cream, and Ruggles Peanut Butter Crunch and Peanut Butter Crunch Brownie ice cream. All lots and codes are being recalled. Product was distributed in Ohio, Indiana, West Virginia, and Michigan.

Due to the ongoing Sunland Inc. nationwide peanut recall, Justin’s today announced expansion of its voluntary recall of certain peanut butter products. The products were distributed nationally to numerous supermarket chains and were available for purchase on the internet from 3/23/10 to 9/26/12.

JagRma LLC of San Diego, CA is doing a Limited Voluntary recall on it's 16oz NuttZo Original (Blue Label/UPC code 894697002030) manufactured in Oct and November 2011 with "Best Buy Dates 10/7/12-12/31/12 stamped on lid or bottom of jar," because it has the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. It was distributed through natural grocery retail stores in Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Nevada, California, Arizona, Hawaii; and through mail order in 50 states.

With the FDA’s announcement of an expanded recall of Sunland Inc.’s peanut butter, AdvancePierre Foods of Cincinnati, OH, is initiating a voluntary recall of select frozen products including Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwiches, Peanut Butter and Jelly Graham Cracker sandwiches and Peanut Butter cup products all produced at its Easley, South Carolina factory. The select products subject to this recall were manufactured between the dates of July 17, 2011 through May 18, 2012 and distributed nationwide through retail stores, food service, convenience stores and the USDA commodity foods programs.

LIN-MAR PARTNERS, INC of Austin, Texas is recalling two varieties of Longhorn Bars: Roasted Peanut with Chocolate Energy Bars and Peanut Butter Trail Mix Protein Bars because they have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. These products were distributed in Texas through Randall’s, Tom Thumb, HEB, University of Texas Coop, and Academy retail stores.

S & P Company, Limited of Paramount, CA is recalling 150 cases/1,800 jars of Su-nun Crush Roasted Thai Red Pepper, because it has the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. The Su-nun Brand Red Pepper was distributed in the Los Angeles Area Grocery stores (between July of 2012 to October 2012) including Bell and Long Beach, Rockford, IL, Phoenix, AZ, Omaha, NE and Brooklyn, NY.

Nature’s Recipe brand is voluntarily recalling a limited supply of Nature’s Recipe® Oven Baked Biscuits with Real Chicken, manufactured in one of its U.S. production facilities. This is being done as a precautionary measure, as the product has the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. The potentially affected lots of Nature’s Recipe Oven Baked Biscuits with Real Chicken were distributed nationally, primarily through pet specialty retailers.

Sunland, Inc. today announced that it is extending its ongoing voluntary recall to include raw and roasted shelled and in-shell peanuts processed in its Peanut Processing Plant because the products have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. The raw and roasted peanuts available to retail customers were distributed primarily under the Company’s own label and were distributed primarily to produce houses and nationally to numerous large supermarket, grocery and retail chains. The products also were available for purchase on the internet.

Belfonte Ice Cream and Dairy Foods Company, due to Sunland, Inc’s expanded voluntary recall of Almond Butter, Peanut Butter, Cashew Butter, Tahini and Roasted Blanched Peanut Products, has initiated a recall of a peanut butter containing ice cream produced at our Kansas City, MO plant because it has the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. This ice cream is sold between April 2010 and October 2012 in retail and convenience stores in Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma and Arkansas.

Nina International of Hyattsville, MD is initiating a voluntary recall of its brand of Ground Hot Pepper, 5oz, because it has the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. Ground Hot Pepper was distributed in MD, Washington, DC and VA and reached consumers through African and ethnic retail food stores.

This recall is being initiated because the peanut butter used in the product has the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. Four Seasons Dairy Inc, 255 58th St, Brooklyn, NY 11220 is recalling Herring Fillets "Atlantic Recipe" in oil in 16.66 ounces/500g because it may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. The recalled herring fillets were distributed nationwide and are a product of the Ukraine.

Velvet Ice Cream has been notified that peanut products sold to their company from Sunland, Inc., which were used to make select peanut butter-flavored ice creams, may be contaminated with Salmonella. The recalled products are only sold at convenience stores, small, independent retailers and ice cream parlors in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia.

Toft's has issued a voluntary recall on 48 oz cartons and 3 gallon tubs of Buckeye Bites Ice Cream with expiration dates of March 14,2013 or before. Any 48 oz or 3 gallon tub of Toft's Buckeye Bites with an expiration date after March 14, 2013 is NOT involved in this recall due to us switching peanut butter suppliers on March 15, 2012. Toft's Prime Time Buckeye Bites Ice Cream has been distributed throughout the state of Ohio and Southern Michigan.

New England Compounding Pharmacy, Inc. d/b/a New England Compounding Center (NECC) today announced a recall of all products currently in circulation that were compounded at and distributed from its facility in Framingham, Massachusetts. This action is being taken out of an abundance of caution due to the potential risk of contamination, and in cooperation with an investigation being conducted by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy.
