LIMITED NUMBER OF X66 TILT STEERING ASSY PRODUCED BETWEEN 03/12/12 (LOT 41379-112) AND 05/31/12 (LOT 41379-222) MAY HAVE DEFFECTIVE PIVOT PIN WITHIN TILT ASSY, WHICH HAS THE POTENTIAL TO CAUSE A LOCKING CONDITION RESULTING IN THE LOSS OF STEERING. 1,742 UNITS WERE SOLD TO MERCURY MARINE, AND 54 UNITS WERE SOLD TO ADDITIONAL 14 OEMS. Late July Snacks, LLC, out of an abundance of caution, is cooperating fully with the Sunland Inc. voluntary recall of nut butter products manufactured by Sunland at its New Mexico facility between May and September 2012.

Xan Confections is voluntarily recalling 13 of its gourmet peanut butter chocolate products because they have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. The recall affected Xan Confections products distributed from May 28, 2012 through Sept. 28, 2012 at retail locations in California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Texas, Alabama, Louisiana and Nova Scotia, Canada, as well as through online distribution.

Whole Foods Market announces that it is recalling ricotta salata sold in 21 states and Washington, D.C. that came from its supplier Forever Cheese Inc. of Long Island City, NY. Forever Cheese recalled this cheese product because it may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. UPDATE: (Oct. 2, 2012) In the four stores that sold it in California and Arizona, the recalled cheese was also sold with a Whole Foods Market scale label that read “Mitica Ricotta Salada,” and with Whole Foods Market scale labels with PLU 294413. All “sell by” dates through Oct. 2 are affected.

In response to an expansion of Justin’s Nut Butter voluntary recall of its’ 0.5 oz. single-serve Honey Peanut Butter squeeze packs to include additional lot codes, Gretchen’s Shoebox Express in Seattle, Washington, is expanding its voluntary recall of Starbucks brand Protein Bistro Box to include enjoy by dates: 09/28/12 and dates 09/30/12 – 10/06/12.

Kenny’s Farmhouse Cheese is voluntarily recalling Kentucky Rose, Kentucky Bleu, Awe-Brie and Tomme de Nena. This recall is being made with the knowledge of the FDA. Kenny’s Farmhouse Cheese recalled this product due to possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination. The Kentucky Rose, Kentucky Bleu, Awe-Brie and Tomme de Nena was sold to farmers markets, restaurants, distributors and retail stores in FL, IN, IL, KY, OH, TN and VA between August 22, 2012 and September 25, 2012.

Newman's Own Organics announces that due to the expanded scope of Sunland, Inc.'s recall of nut butter products (peanut butter in particular), we are initiating a voluntary limited recall of certain lots of Peanut Butter Newman-O's Sandwich Crème Cookies, with expiration dates 27MAY13 and 3MAY13, because the products may be contaminated with Salmonella. These cookies were distributed nationwide via retail stores.

The recalled items were sold from Sept. 27- 28, 2012 from the Kirby location (2955 Kirby Drive, Houston, TX).

Dale and Thomas Popcorn is voluntarily recalling a limited number of ready-to-eat bags of select flavors of Popcorn, Indiana-brand popcorn products because of possible contamination by Listeria monocytogenes. The recalled products were distributed to various retailers, vendors, distribution centers, and consumers through the Internet on or after August 8th, 2012 with Best By dates of February 4th, 2013 through March 12th, 2013.

KRASNYI OKTYABR located at 60 20th street, Brooklyn, NY 11232 is recalling Beer Set Dried Rudd discovered by New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets Food Inspectors during a routine inspection and subsequent analysis of the product by Food Laboratory personnel that confirmed the fish had not been properly eviscerated prior to processing. The recalled Beer Set Dried Rudd comes in a vacuum packed 7oz (200 g) bag with a code Best before 10.22.12 was sold to one retail store on June 14 in New York City.

Accutron, Inc. Issues Nationwide Recall of two hundred and six (206) Ultra PC% Cabinet Mount Flowmeters . Some of the flowmeters have been found to release Nitrous Oxide gas when the Oxygen is turned off.
