Rear Facing Car Seat

Sorry for all the questions but this is all sooo confusing!!! I'm switching my 6 month old out of her infant seat so I'm looking for the best seat for her. She is tall but only weighs 15 lbs so she will be rear facing awhile. Do I want a rear facing that teethers? Is it necesary? I'm looking at the Radian 65 but I hear that one is hard to install and it will have to come out alot to put in Grandmas car (since she dosen't beleive in keeping rearfacing past 1 so she won't buy a rear facing car seat) and the Fisher Price Safe Voyage. Would I be better off paying extra for the Marathon that teethers?

Thank you sooo much for that video. She was born and raised in Sweden so the part about Sweeds being rearfacing until 3 or 4 should work with her. Are there any videos about why we should tighten the straps? Her and my father in law leave them loose because they say they are uncomfotable tight. I said would you rather have them uncomfortable or dead and they laughed at me and told me their other 2 grandchildren are fine. I told them they were just lucky!!!

She's been here a while if she's a Swede and saying 1 and 20. They RF to 25kg for some seats and have the lowest mortality among children due to auto collisions.

I don't have a video about ejection due to loose straps. I'd love to see one.

How often does she ride with Grandma? Could you get a spare for Grandma like a scenera? It RF to 35 lbs. and is only $40. Then get what you like for your car.

Thanks for the advice. I just went to Walmart and bought a pink Scenera for Grandma. I love the seat it is soooo pretty and grandma will love it because she only had boys so has never had a pink seat. Also my neighbor gave me a Roundabout to hold me over for a while so I can save up for the seat I really want for her. Thanks again.
