In cooperation with the FDA's warning not to consume mangos from Agricola Daniella in Mexico, Del Monte Fresh Produce N.A., Inc, is initiating a voluntary recall of a limited quantity of certain fresh-cut fruit packages containing mangos (Del Monte, 7-Eleven, Walmart) distributed to retail outlets due to the potential risk that the mangos may contain Salmonella. Stryker initiated a Class 1 recall of the Neptune Waste Management System. The devices are being recalled because Stryker has received two reports of serious injury as a result of tissue damage associated with the use of the Neptune 2, including an event in which one customer connected the Neptune 2 System to a passive chest drainage tube post operatively, resulting in a fatality.

Leafy Green Romaine Salad with the expired Use-by Date of September 16 as a precaution in an unlikely event that consumers may still have the expired salad in their refrigerators.
