planning ahead... kiddos that have outgrown a RF radian

...do they fit FF in a myride? I am debating putting the myride back in the car for DS when he outgrows his radian. He's 4 pounds away from the weight limit fully clothed right now (lots of height left). He really loves his myride with the cupholders and comfortable seat, plus he has a large head that flops forward the odd time he falls asleep in the car. He's on the last rear facing slot on the radian that hits just below his shoulders and is 41" tall.

I should know this but what's the last RFing slot on the Radian? I thought you could use any slot RFing?

Anyway, my DS turned FFing at 3.5 and he was on the second to top slot of the Radian RFing & FFing when I turned him. He still fit FFing in the MR then (top slot). He's now on the top slot of the Radian FFing and too tall for the MR. Does that help at all?

yes! I assumed you couldn't use the top harness slot because of the xt wings for some reason but I guess you can going by the manual.

I just had to put him ff in the myride anyway (grr) but it looks like he actually has more RF shell in the radian than FF shell in the myride. as long as he doesn't gain that last 4 pounds he should fit there for a while. I'd like to keep him rf for one last winter.
