Not impressed with the Size4Me

I was in the St. Louis area yesterday so I stopped at a Buy Buy Baby and checked out the Size4Me. I really want as impressed as I thought I would be. It doesn't seem like there is any padding. Seems like its just the cover and then plastic. I put the seat on the bench there and put DD in it. She fit well but definetly had less leg room than in the MR. I did like the no rethread harness though. With the headrest all the way up it seemed like it would take up a lot of room RF. I really like the looks of the seat and I expected to be really impressed. Instead I'm kinda dissapointed. I really wanted to like the seat. Ill probably just get another MyRide.

Anyone else not really impressed by the seat or am I the only one?

I wanted to love it more than I do. I don't like the short crotch strap or lack of leg room. I do like the head wings and how it "hugs" the occupant though.

I checked it out at BBB when it was first released and wasn't thrilled, either. I think it's GREAT that we have such a tall ERF seat available, but unless I got one of those 50 dollar ones

I wouldn't buy it.

I got two $50 ones and I can't stand them. The harness is awful.

It's interesting... I LOVE the Size4Me.. I currently have one for the 5 year old.. he loves it and I love it! The harness isn't great but it's similar to the Radian and I don't have problems tightening it.

I actually prefer this over the Radian and hopefully I'll get a Foonf soon!

I noticed you're in Iowa. There's a new BBB in West Des Moines. It's in the same shopping center as the new Whole Foods mart, in the shop where Borders used to be. It's so new I haven't even been inside yet. If you ever get to DSM, you could check it out.

Cool thanks for letting me know. I'm actually in Iowa right by the Missouri border so I'm actually closer to St Louis, but if I get up that way Ill check it out.

Do you know if the BBB in DSM has the Size4Me? When I was there I didn't see it, but it was at least 3 weeks ago that I was there. I'm about an hour southeast of DSM and making a trip up next month.

It's a really nice store, I was impressed. Didn't even know it was there until we happened to drive past.
