Question 3 Across 2007 Honda Civic 4-door

Trying to fit a 3 across in a 2007 Honda Civic. We own 2 Radian R100, both are forward facing but one could be turned RF again if need be. Yesterday we tried (we meaning the tech and I) tried all positions possible with the two Radians and a chicco keyfit or Britax B-safe. Neither worked. My LO due in October is supposed to be on the small side so I would prefer an infant seat but will not rule out a convertible. Any suggestions on what to try next? I was thinking a roundabout 55, graco myride, or a combi shuttle.

Unfortunately, while the diona radian is only a tiny bit wider than the sunshine kids' radian, it was too much of a change for the civic. I would try a forward facing radian in the middle, rear-facing one on the side (with angle adjuster) and infant seat with no base on the other side. If that doesn't work, then try the myride because it sits high up on a thin base.

My two boys are 3.5 40lbs and 2.5 30lbs, the third is due in October and expected to be on the small side.

christineka - For installation would you recommend install the FF radian center first and then installing the other two outboard or start from one side and work my way to the other?

I have had luck with a FF r100 center, an old style BLVD FF outboard and a RF combo coccoro on the other side. It was tight, but it worked. Mine is a 2011 civic

Just thought I would post that I ended up fitting my two Radian R100's with a Baby Trend Flex-loc 30 w/ base. It's a tight fit but all seats are independently tightly installed and tech checked. Yay!
