Bluestem Brands Recalls Range Rider Ride-on Toy Cars Due to Fire and Burn Hazards. Sold at: Fingerhut catalogs and online at Fingerhut.com and Gettington.com from September 2010 through May 2012 for between $200 and $230.

True Innovations Recalls Realspace Soho Prestigio High-Back Leather Chairs Due to Fall Hazard. Sold exclusively at: Office Depot retail stores nationwide and online at OfficeDepot.com from October 2008 through February 2011 for about $250.

Serenade Foods, Inc., a Milford, Ind., establishment, is recalling approximately 2,250 pounds of crunchy chicken strip products (Milford Valley Farms Crunchy Chicken Strips) that may contain foreign materials—fragments of plastic. The products were packaged on Jan. 17, 2012 and shipped to a distributor in Lakeland, Florida for further distribution.

DFI Marketing Inc. of Fresno, CA is voluntarily recalling cantaloupe because it has the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. The cantaloupes were packed on August 26, 2012. The cantaloupes may have been distributed from August 27 to September 10, 2012 primarily to retail customers in the following states and one country: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Mexico.

the University Creamery at Penn State is voluntarily recalling all ice cream and frozen yogurt made between May 16, 2012 and August 11, 2012 because of isolated incidents involving reports of small plastic foreign objects in the product. The recalled ice cream was manufactured and sold from the Berkey Creamery on the University Park campus of Penn State and also was available for purchase on the internet from the Creamery’s web site.

Cut Fruit Express, Inc. of Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota is voluntarily recalling, out of an abundance of caution, packaged fruit products containing cantaloupes, distributed through September 5th, 2012, with Use-by Dates as listed below, since they contain cantaloupe which have been recalled by supplier DFI Marketing Inc., due to potential contamination with Salmonella. The voluntary recall were sold in the following states: Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.

Taylor Farms New Jersey is voluntarily recalling specific code dates of the following products due to containing Daniella Brand mangoes or potentially being processed on common equipment with the Daniella Brand mangoes. These products were distributed to Wawa retail stores in the following states: New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania

Pacific Coast Fruit Company, Portland, Oregon is voluntarily recalling multiple types of fresh cut processed items based on the potential contamination of Salmonella Braenderup. Pacific Coast Fruit recalled products were distributed to various retailer groceries in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Alaska.

Triple B Corporation Seattle, Wa. dba Real Foods Kent WA. and Charlie’s Produce Anchorage, Alaska is recalling 1336 cases of the products (Haggen, Costco, Metropolitan Market, Charlie's, Alaska Carrot) because they contain Daniella brand mango that were recalled because it has the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella braenderup. This product was used in retail stores and Deli in Washington and Alaska.

Spartan Stores is initiating a precautionary recall of certain deli products due to concerns of possible Listeria Monocytogenes contact. The deli products were distributed to Family Fare, D&W Fresh Markets, Glen's, VG's and a limited number of independent supermarkets in Michigan.

3fish, inc. of Gastonia, NC is issuing a voluntary recall of all seafood cakes and stuffed fish items that contain onions produced by Gills Onions, due to potential contamination with Listeria monocytogenes. The recalled items were distributed along the east coast in retail stores and repackaged at store level. The products were sold to Harris Teeter, Ingles, MDI (Merchants Distributors Inc), and US Foodservice.

Harris Teeter, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Harris Teeter Supermarkets Inc., is voluntarily recalling eight products sold in its service seafood department because they contain onions which may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.

Qualitest, a subsidiary of Endo Health Solutions (Nasdaq: ENDP), today issued a voluntary, nationwide retail level recall for one lot of Hydrocodone Bitartrate and Acetaminophen Tablets, USP 10 mg/500 mg. The affected lot, C1440512A, was distributed between May 14 and Aug. 3, 2012 to wholesale distributors and retail pharmacies nationwide.

Breeder’s Choice Pet Food is recalling a single manufacturing batch of Breeder's Choice AvoDerm Natural Lamb Meal & Brown Rice Adult Dog Formula due to possible contamination with Salmonella.
