The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), in cooperation with Blind Xpress of Livonia, Mich. is announcing the recall of about 139,000 custom-made vertical and 315,000 horizontal blinds. The blinds were sold at various blind specialty stores in Michigan, Ohio and Indiana from January 1995 through December 2011 for between $16 and $380.

ECO HEALTH, INC of Chatsworth, CA is recalling its florAlign PREBIOTIC FORMULA (POWDER) . The PREBIOTIC FORMULA ONLY is being recalled because it has the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. The florAlign PREBIOTIC FORMULA was distributed within the United States (throughout the nation) via direct to consumer marketing (mail order, internet and direct delivery).

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Inc. (Sun Inc) announced today that it is voluntarily recalling from users one lot of Nimodipine Capsules, 30 mg, marketed by Caraco Pharmaceutical Laboratories, Ltd. Sun Inc. commenced the recall as a precautionary measure due to the presence of crystals of nimodipine within the capsule solution of this lot as identified by a customer complaint.

Food Lion, Harveys and Reid’s have been notified that the companies are part of the national Splendid Products voluntary recall for Daniella mangoes. Splendid Products voluntarily recalled Daniella mangoes this week due to possible salmonella contamination. The packaged produce item would be labeled, “Garden Highway Mango Medley,” and would have the UPC code (8-26766-21437). This product would have a sell-by date of Aug. 28.

Ready Pac Foods, Inc. of Irwindale, California is voluntarily recalling, out of an abundance of caution, packaged fruit products containing mangoes (Dining In, Ready Pac, Starbucks, Walmart, Wawa), distributed through August 30th 2012, with Use-by Dates as listed below since they contain Daniella Brand mangoes, which have been recalled by supplier Splendid Products, due to potential contamination with Salmonella Braenderup. The voluntary recall extends only to the products with the Use-by Dates listed below and sold in the following states: Alaska, Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Washington D.C., Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and Canada.

Spokane Produce, Inc., is voluntarily recalling a small lot run of Pineapple/Mango Pico de Gallo because it has the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella braenderup. The recall only includes 128/16ounce plastic containers of the refrigerated Pineapple/Mango Pico de Gallo with the UPC code "8869483987" under the brand labels Garden Patch or Yoke's. The product was distributed to 11 inland northwest supermarkets in Washington, Idaho and Montana.

Delish! brand sold in NY, NJ; Garden Highway brand sold in PA, NH; Garden Pure brand sold in DE, MA, MD ME, NH, NJ, PA; Signature Café (Sold at Safeway, Genuardi's) brand sold in DC, DE, MD, NJ, PA, VA; Trader Joe's brand sold in CT, DE, MA, MD, ME, NH, NY, NJ, PA, RI, DC, Northern VA; Generic Label (Sold at Wal-Mart Stores) brand sold in FL.

The recalled products were distributed to various restaurants, retailers, and distributors in NY, NJ, PA, MA, VA, MD, CT, GA, IL, and TX on or after July 17, 2012.
