    Re: Mango Recall

Yay, I still get to eat my mango, well if my 2 yr old doesn't beat me to it.

    Re: Mango Recall

I got a couple of them the other day. The one left (the other is on the list so I assume the other was the same) is part of the recall. I suspect this may have been the issue with DD the other day.

    Re: Mango Recall

I got my first recall on mangos notice a week ago from the CFIA. It was for all mangos from Mexico. It seems that the recall is now narrowed to a particular brand, but I didn't want to risk it so I haven't bought mangos since them -- and DD#1 will eat one per day if I let her.

    Re: Mango Recall

Gee, I would have thought Mangos were pretty immune to that because they have such a tough skin. I had just bought two a few days before the recall and have eaten both of them, but they weren't from any of those stores and I have been fine.

    Re: Mango Recall

Heard about this today... figures, we all shared a mango last night for the first time in months. I'm not 100% sure of what brand it was but no one has any symptoms so I guess I'll just keep an eye on things, and maybe check the brand with the retailer tomorrow.
