The car at fault was driving about 30 mph and slammed into another car stopped at a red light. Out of the front passenger seat comes a woman with a baby (approx. 1 yr or less) that had been on her lap. Then out of the back seat comes another woman with two more babies (around that 1 or less age too) and a little girl (maybe 4-5 yrs). I could see no car seats at all in the vehicle. The woman from the front seat handed the baby to the little girl and the woman from the back seat fled the accident site with all 4 kids. I waited for police and reported what I saw and got a blurry photo of the woman walking away with the kids. I'm sure there will be no repercussions for their actions nor will they learn from this. I hope to God those kids are okay, but I just don't see how they all could be given the speed and lack of restraints. What is wrong with people?!?!?
