Her 14mo old is very close to outgrowing her infant seat. They have a very tight budget and can get only one seat right now (whichever parent has Ella has the car with the seat). What is a good budget seat? I mentioned the scenera but she wants a little more cushiness. I would expect
That $150 is the upper limit of what he can spend right now.

Do you know how big the child is or what kind of car? It may help with what the techs would suggest. There are lots in that price range.

I don't know enough about what fits in what car best to recommend anything, but Target has the Graco MyRide 70 on sale for 119. There is a $5 coupon at coupon cabin for online purchases over $50 and free shipping.
