Primo Viaggio 30/30

When would one expect an average sized baby to outgrow this seat? For reference, my boys have both been around 22lbs at a year and J still fits in the SR32 by height now at 16 months.

I see a ton of babies make it well past their 1st birthday, providing they aren't over 22lbs. Now that the 30/30 is up here I'm sure I'll see babies hit 18 mos and beyond.

The Peg 30/30 has moved up on my list of fave infant seats ever since they added eps foam to the headwings, and offer the anti-rebound handle position on our Canadian models.

Yes, I definitely want something with the anti-rebound position. I'm thinking either the Peg or the Via. I've got a Peg stroller so that seems to make the most sense. And I want to splurge a little this time.

Oh! There's a new baby coming?! Holy smokes, I thought you were splurging on Jasper! Congrats, you lucky girl. :)

Thanks:). Gosh no, I'm not buying another infant seat for monster baby! DH would really think I'm nuts!

I will try to get pictures tomorrow. We left this morning around 9am and just got home and I put Brecken to bed early :)

Would love to see pics also. Not to hijack... but can anyone tell me why the Paloma color is $50 more? Is it just a nicer cover? I can't figure it out.

Personally I did not really care for the material. I wanted something that could breathe and was 100% washable if needed, but that is just my preference.

I thought about getting Paloma until I saw one in person one day at the mall. The tab leather part was all dingy and blackened and it just did not look good at all. You know how the corners of leather wallets will kind of turn a dark dingy color? It was like that

Good to know on all accounts. I wouldn't prefer a leather cover either, but I find both Geranium and Java quite pretty. :)

I stuffed Jasper into the PV at BRU this morning. He actually still fits and has some room to grow.

Yup, it's a tall seat.

My complaints are a tough belt install (not for me, but for Joe Daddy trying to put it in), it's weigh -- Italian lead, maybe?, no eps foam up until recently, and it's a little cliche -- like I want to wear a shirt that says "no, I'm not lugging this monster seat because I think it's better or safer or it goes good with my outfit, or because Gracko's suck". :p

So, are you buying one?
