Children's Pajamas Recalled by My Clothes Due to Violation of Federal Flammability Standard. Sold at: Children's boutiques and specialty retailers and online nationwide from August 2011 through December 2011 for between $35 and $45.

GE Recalls GE, GE Adora™, GE Eterna™, GE Profile™ and Hotpoint®, Dishwashers Due to Fire Hazard. Sold at: Appliance dealers, authorized builder distributors and other stores nationwide from March 2006 through August 2009 for between $350 and $850.

Lucky Country Inc. of Lincolnton, NC is recalling Lot A3057 of Lucky Country Aussie Style Soft Gourmet Black Licorice with Natural Ingredients from Costco and Smart & Final stores located in California, Arizona, and Utah due to elevated levels of lead.

Reichel Foods, Inc. of Rochester, Minnesota is voluntarily recalling a limited amount of Dippin’ Stix Sliced Apples & Caramel with Peanuts and Armour Active Packs Cheese Pizza Lunch Kits because they have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. Product was distributed to retail and convenience stores throughout the United States.

Reichel Foods, a Rochester, Minn. establishment, is recalling approximately 15,880 pounds of ready-to-eat meat and poultry products (Armour Active Packs Turkey & Cheese Wrap, Armour Active Packs Ham & Cheese Wrap) due to possible contamination with Listeria monocytogenes. All the products were produced between July 23, 2012, and July 26, 2012. The products were shipped to distribution centers in Indiana, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, and Texas.

The Rhode Island Department of Health (HEALTH) advises consumers that they should not eat certain foods from the Market Pantry and Archer Farms Deli Salad lines (Archer Farms -Four Bean Salad; Market Pantry - Potato Salad, Chicken Salad , .Cole Slaw, Egg Salad, Macaroni Salad , Tuna Salad , Pasta Salad , Layered Taco Dip) . The products are sold at Target stores, and are being voluntarily recalled because they may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.

Menno Beachy of Cresco, Iowa, is recalling one pint containers of Certified Organic Grape Tomatoes because they have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. A food distributor in Minnesota distributed 15 cases containing 12 one-pint containers of the affected grape tomatoes to retail stores located in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Michigan between 7/26/12-8/6/12.

Tomales Bay Foods, Inc., Petaluma, CA, a cheese distribution company, is recalling all partial wheels of two cheeses (Shepherd’s Way; Big Woods Blue, Tumalo Farms; Pondhopper ) distributed by Tomales Bay Foods Inc., due to an abundance of caution because of possible contamination by Listeria monocytogenes. The recalled cheese was distributed to restaurants and retail stores in California, North Carolina, and Florida, between June 25th and July 27, 2012.

Covidien today announced that it notified customers on July 18, 2012, about a voluntary global recall of certain lots of its Shiley™ reusable cannula, cuffed adult tracheostomy tubes, size 8. This action was in response to reports of volume leakage and/or disconnection between the inner and outer cannulae.
