I thought this might interest you? It is a gallery from a Norwegian discussion board for mothers.

My son is also in the gallery ;)

You can see it HERE

That was really interesting. Which one is your son?

Towards the end there is an older boy whose head extends significantly above the top of the seat. Is that acceptable with that seat?

Threebeans, I think he is too big. Maybe it was his last trip or was sitting in his siblings one for a funny photo.

It was just for fun yes. Over the picture she(the boy's mother) has written that they tried one of his siblingsseat just for fun.

That was quite interesting to see. The seats are really designed for RFing preschoolers. They looked so comfy! Thanks!

Great pictures. Love how much leg room those kids have rear facing.

I still can't get over not having chest clips though. I know they are not required most places, but it just seems like the straps could fall off without that clip.

I have just bought two pairs of clips, just in case he starts twisting out of the belt. We tighten the belt so much that they can't fell off. Not so tight that it is uncomfortable, he talks so much so if anything is wrong he says it to us :)

wow, those are cool seats!! your little guy is adorable!

I've always wondered....why do most other countries not use chest clips? It seems like they cannot be much of a safety feature if Britax, etc are not using them in other countries - maybe parents are better about tight harnesses?

Did you see the Graco seat in post #3! It is RF and looks like it would convert to a booster eventually! Does it

(I would have included the picture didn't know if that would be ok taking a pic form another board and posting it here; what do you think ok - not ok?)

I think it would be violating the copyright, sorry :(

Look at the illustrations at the bottom of this page HERE, Jewels

It illustrates three different ways to use the Britax TWE: RF, forward, and forward as booster

How high are the top harness slots? It is sad that the baby in the carseat in the front of the manual has such loose harness slots :(
