Eddie Bauer AOE questions

My SIL has an Eddie Bauer 3-in-1 seat (not completely sure of the model, but it looks like an AOE) for her 6 year old daughter that was bought before she turned 1. Would an Eddie Bauer AOE manufactured in 2006 or 2007 have a 40 lb harness weight limit, or possibly a 50 lb limit? It looks like the harness may be no re-thread, so would the top harness slot probably be usable on this model? Just saw a pic of my niece in the seat, and it looks like the harness is as high as it can go and is either right at or possibly below her shoulders. I'm thinking she might be over 40 lbs, but is definitely under 50 lbs.

I wasn't sure if the model with the no re-thread harness was still unusable at the top harness position or not.

My sister bought an AOE with a late 2007 DOM that has a 50lbs limit.

I had an AO bought in 2004 or 2005 that I was sure did not have a no-thread harness. I disposed of the seat awhile ago due to it expiring but I am certain it was an AO. It had a 40lbs limit though.

My Eddie Bauer AOE was manufactured around sept 2010 and has the 40 lbs limit and booster only top headrest position... I know some 50 lbs ones were made earlier but mine's not...
