Help me plan my future car seats please.

I'm trying to get a plan of what I'm going to need in the near future for seats so I can start looking for deals. I'm going to summarize the best I can so this won't be a novel and can give more details if needed.

My kids--
J 4.5yrs, 37lbs, 39"
O 13 months, 21lbs, 27"

Other kids--
E (will be with us 5 days/week starting in Sept) 4.5yrs, 40lbs, 42" (approx)
M (comes places with us 2-3/month currently brings her NBB which means I have to rearrange seats usually to have her outboard, no center headrest) almost 9, unsure of height (still fits on top slots of FR85), 50ish lbs (she's a bean pole)

Vehicles:
'05 Santa Fe, needs to have J, O and E on regular basis and J, O and M on occasional basis
'04 Accent J and O are in rarely, once a month at most, but prefer to keep seats installed just in case

Available Seats:
RXT
CCO
2 FR85s (one currently in my mother's car)
2 MyRides (also one in my mother's car)
Scenera 40

Currently in the Santa Fe I have RXT RFing (J), FR85 center (will be for E, currently for 5.5 yr old I'm watching), CCO RFing outboard (O)

Accent has RFing MR for O and FFing Scenera for J, she is right at the top harness slot so needs to be out of this soon. I am comfortable starting to booster train her in his car when she hits 40lbs.

Plan was to hand down RXT to O when J outgrew it RFing or he outgrew CCO and put her in FR85, but I'm getting a plum cover and she is going to want to stay in it when she goes FFing! Plus that was before I knew I'd have E and need a 3 across on a regular basis so most likely O will get his own Radian.

Do I get a new combo seat for DD in the Accent? Then I can use it in booster mode for M? Do I get a dedicated booster to use for M now and then use to booster train J down the road?

Okay, that still ended up being a novel :p Can you tell I'm incredibly indecisive and tend to over complicate things? PLEASE HELP!

What about for the Santa Fe to have the Radian, CCO, and then switch to Scenera when O outgrows CCO? And leave the Frontier in, except when you have large child. Large child can either use Frontier as a booster, or, you move J to Frontier on those days and put large child in a booster if Frontier is installed outboard you can switch out. Does it go high enough for large child?

Accent: keep MR, and use a booster that fits small kids well or a GN harnessed so it can be used as booster down the line.

Does this work? My head is spinning with all the initals and choices. lol
