I haven't seen it mentioned. Is it only 7 years? With the size of it, it could last from birth until 10 years old, but not if it expires before that age. It just hit me that a 7 year expiration doesn't seem long enough. Has anyone checked the seat to make sure of the expiration?

Even if there was a rare 10 year old who actually fit in it, I can't imagine more than a tiny fraction of the general public would use a harnessed seat past age 5-6.
